Recently, our company welcomed an overseas customer for a factory visit and product discussion. During the visit, the customer explored our main cat litter product lines, including tofu cat litter, bentonite cat litter, and cassava cat litter, while gaining a closer understanding of our production processes, product characteristics, and customization capabilities.
Exploring Different Cat Litter Materials
During the factory tour, the customer examined several types of cat litter and discussed their differences in raw materials, granule structure, clumping performance, absorption, dust control, and odor management.
Our tofu cat litter attracted attention for its plant-based composition, fast absorption, firm clumping, and low-dust performance. The customer also reviewed our bentonite cat litter, focusing on its strong clumping ability, absorption performance, and suitability for different market requirements.
The visit also included our cassava cat litter, with discussions around its raw material characteristics, clumping performance, and product positioning. By comparing different materials, the customer gained a clearer understanding of how each type can meet different consumer and market preferences.
Discussing Mixed Cat Litter Possibilities
One of the key topics during the visit was the possibility of developing mixed cat litter products by combining different raw materials.
The customer and our team discussed how different materials could complement each other in terms of clumping, absorption, dust control, texture, and overall user experience. Potential combinations and formula directions were also discussed based on the customer's target market and product positioning.
This type of product development allows us to explore more flexible formulations and provide customers with customized options beyond standard cat litter products.
From Factory Visit to Future Cooperation
The visit provided an opportunity for both sides to communicate directly about product quality, market requirements, packaging, and potential new product development. It also allowed the customer to better understand our production capabilities and experience in the cat litter industry.
With a diverse product portfolio covering tofu, bentonite, cassava, and mixed cat litter, together with OEM and ODM customization capabilities, we continue to work closely with international customers to develop cat litter products suited to different markets.
We appreciate the customer's visit and the valuable discussions. We look forward to turning these ideas into practical products and exploring further cooperation in the future.
